Excellent after sales service I took delivery of a 2015 GMC Sierra SLE yesterday (Feb 25, 2015). The sales people were both friendly and professional during the sales process. In a I took delivery of a 2015 GMC Sierra SLE yesterday (Feb 25, 2015). The sales people were both friendly and professional during the sales process. In addition, they made it clear that they wanted my business and would do their best to work out a good deal. All of that is fairly normal as the sales process requires a good customer experience or the customer will not buy. What really makes or breaks the relationship is in what happens after the sale is made. When I took delivery, the salesperson had me do a walk-around with him to ensure that the vehicle preparation had been properly done and that all was satisfactory. Neither of us noticed that there were scratches in the bed of the truck because there was some snow falling and that hid the damage. The following day, I was showing my new toy to one of my buddies at work and noticed the scratches in the truck bed. They weren't very serious but nonetheless they were something that needed attention. Later that day, I drove up to the dealership and showed the scratches to the salesman. He immediately asked a manager to come and have a look. The manager inspected the damage and without hesitation offered several options for fixing and/or compensating me for the damage. This type of situation can make or break a relationship. Dealers can make this a hassle and claim that since I didn't see the damage prior to taking delivery it's essentially my tough luck. Davis took responsibility and said "We'll make this right". I took off 1 star because the damage wasn't noticed by the guys who did the detailing. Overall, though, I they keep up this level of service and dedication to customer satisfaction, I'll recommend them to anyone who will listen. Good service is hard to find so keep up the good work. More

We reviewed all SUV on the market looking for ones that had a timing chain rather then ones with timing belts, and had low Kms. We found one at Davis Chev. and went into look. Once there we were meet by Geoff. He was very good with us, he did not push us to buy. He explained to us everything we wanted to know about the car.
