The three employees I dealt with A quick note to mention how satisfied I am with the current work done by the body shop at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie. The three employees I dealt with directly were Mike, Shelly and Ashley. I had some major concerns as I had some severe hail damage on my black Chevy Silverado totaling over $14,000 (Insurance estimate). Mike spent some time with me showing me the new processes and products that are used. I was impressed to say the least and felt a lot more comfortable after our talk. Shelly really took a load off my shoulders with dealing with my insurance company arraigning a rental vehicle (among other things) which didn’t last the full time the body shop needed my truck for. She then got me set up in a Davis courtesy truck so I could carry on with business. This was very much appreciated! I was always kept informed of how things were going which again was awesome. I felt I was in good hands. Ashley was my shop contact. Her attention to detail is impeccable and made sure my truck was better than new. I was blown away with the final inspection that was done on the truck. Nothing was overlooked down to the smallest details from the body work itself and also the reassembly of the vehicle. My truck came back spotless inside and out. I always left with a smile on my face after dealing with the body shop team. Great people that clearly enjoy what they are doing. Thanks for everything!!! Glen Introduced me to Joshua. Joshua (Service Manger) who clearly understands the importance of customer service rallied his team and took the challenge head on. Dayle (my service adviser) kept me informed along the way with numerous phone calls which I appreciated greatly. Stefan, the mechanic that worked on my truck who I'm sure has a few grey hairs now stuck with it and got the issue resolved. Because of their team work I was able to get my truck back in action quickly with little down time which means no business loss for me. I have a long history with this dealership. They are consistently striving to improve and I give them full marks. Keep up the good work!! Brent More

Making a long story short I purchased a new Soon as the rubber hits road Davis will be there to support with significant GMC manufacturing defects. Making a long story short I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 on Dec.15,2014 and by Jan.07 with only 800 km on the truck in the middle of snow storm found out the 4 wheel drive does not work. Once the GMC Dealer looked at they advised me there is a non repairable problem with the shift control module on the transmission and that I have to ensure that the truck is in 2 wheel drive prior to shutting the engine off or it fail again. They also advised me that I should not drive @ 80km/he in 4 wheel drive for extended periods of time or the tranmission will also fail. I work in Oil & Gas Sales, therefore, the truck is in rural Alberta on gravel roads in 4 wheel drive going 80 km/hr most of the time. I question the reliability and safety of this vehicle everyday and as far as Davis is concerned " it is not their problem " I have contacted GMC Customer Care to try and restore my confidence, but given a choice at this point "they can have the keys back". It didn't take long to narrow it down to a GMC Terrain. It truly didn't feel like a sales experience. I was encouraged to take it for a test drive before making any decisions, and even had the weekend to decide for sure if we were going to go ahead. Josee was great when it came to the approval and paper signing also. She took the time to make sure I understood what everything was for. She answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. When I went to pick up my new Terrain, Brandon was great. He went through the vehicle in great detail and made sure there was nothing I had questions about. Great staff, great service. This is my 5th vehicle purchased at this specific dealership, and I would recommend to anyone! More

Barbara Gerrad in the finance office was clear, concise and effective. The employees I delt with were great, with wonderful customer service. They made me feel comfortable. They answered all the questions i had in the office, and the days leading up to the day I picked my vehicle up! I am so happy with what i got.
