Quick lube oil service So I went to get a oil change at the Airdrie Davis GM dealer today, I was told that my daughter and I would not be able to wait in the truck while the So I went to get a oil change at the Airdrie Davis GM dealer today, I was told that my daughter and I would not be able to wait in the truck while they changed the oil. It's a "new policy" If I wanted to sit in there waiting room and chase my daughter around I would have just booked an appointment. I think Airdrie Davis is missing the point of "fast Lube" I left of course and drove over to a different quick lube. I told them Davis GM new policy. They said that I wasn't the first person to mention this. What a bone head move. It's amazing to me that they would just let a customer drive away. But that's ok I can go a support a different fast lube retailer instead. More

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED FOR BODY WORK! If I were to rate this dealer based on their auto body shop, Based with No star I would! I had bought my 2015 ford F-150 in for repair. First of all i If I were to rate this dealer based on their auto body shop, Based with No star I would! I had bought my 2015 ford F-150 in for repair. First of all its impossible to get a hold of anybody for starters, and second of all There was a lack of communication and update status to my vehicle. The only reason I brought my vehicle to Davis was because my insurance company suggested them. My girlfriend ended up taking hers to Crafts Man collision, Which was night and day compared to this place. After picking up my vehicle from the body shop.... I was driving home, and realized that the 3 m on the passenger side window had some scrapes, I than realized that this was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. I turned around almost immediately.. and requested to speak to the managers, The body shop manager tried to deny it at first, and than after me being insistent that this was not there! and than speaking to the GM. They finally agreed to fix it! A few hours later the Body Service Manager admitted that the tech had pointed that out to him, and turns out that someone was trying to steal my truck. When I asked him why he did not notify me of this ...... He said he forgot. So in other words he would had let me go home, and hoped I would not had notice. This is not ethical, nor right. Repairs came up to six thousand dollars in total, That I payed to this business, and they could not have the courtesy to tell me that someone had tried to break into my truck.. while it was in their lot! Oh and the funny thing is that they have a camera but in his " words " We don't ever have it on" PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THE SALES PEOPLE WOULD LIE. IF ONE OF THERE MANAGERS LIE!! More

Auto Body Proffesionalism I damaged my bumper on my 2015 1500 Chevrolet Silverado and was worried it would cost me an arm and a leg due to high quotes i received at other body I damaged my bumper on my 2015 1500 Chevrolet Silverado and was worried it would cost me an arm and a leg due to high quotes i received at other body shops. Was i ever mistaken, Graham ans Shelly at the front treated me like family and gave me A1 Service. Graham was able to accommodate me with a free quote without an appointment and went out of his way to make coast effective repairs rather then brush it off to expensive fixes like replacing the entire bumper system as other body shops told me would be done and wouldn't even consider fixing what was fixable. The honesty and integrity of the service i received was impeccable. I will return there for all of my auto body needs and will refer any one i know going forward.
