Jordan worked VERY hard to make me feel comfortable buying another car. Jordan went over and beyond what I ever expected walking in there. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle (Chevrolet or not). Great job Davis Chevrolet!! More

In my case have service performed on my Sierra 2500HD. After this third time I have to say that what ever is convenient for Davis is good enough. I drop my vehicle off the before the doors open and this last time it was 8:00 am. Everything had been arranged and agreed upon prior to the visit and yet my vehicle was not ready when promised. Instead of being ready for pick up at 3:00 pm I had to wait until 4:25 pm. This put me late to pick up my child from daycare. The whole point to an appointment so early is so my vehicle would be done on time! They had offered a curtousy vehicle, I accepted so I could get on my way but made it clear that it need to be a truck as I had oversized items to pick up. Of course this was not convenient for them so I had to wait. To make it worse the coolant flush was done improperly and air was left in the system, giving me errors until the air finally worked its way out of the system 5 days later. The service advisor was curtious but he is only one part of the whole service team. The previous appointment was late as well but this time it was the day Airdrie had the hail storm last year. This time the service tech was busy diving my vehicle around after the service (at 4:30) during the hail storm. If the service had been finished and on time then my truck would not have suffered hail damage. During this service one of the items was to rotate the tires. After the service the truck had a shimmy. I brought it back and was told to have the tires balanced! Frustrated I took my truck home and removed the tires one at a time, cleaning debris off the rims and rotors to ensure a flat mating surface. Not surprizingly the shimmy went away. More

So much so that I was confidant in sending my close friends and family in to see him.
