I always try to buy local and use local, I went in to the dealer 2 years to purchase a 1500 and didn’t get a good feeling with the sales service I received, so I left and purchased my truck from a Calgary de dealer 2 years to purchase a 1500 and didn’t get a good feeling with the sales service I received, so I left and purchased my truck from a Calgary dealer. I presently tried to use the service at the dealer. Brought my truck in for a routine service and a rattle noise coming from the front end. I guess the tech wanted to leave early that day as the diagnosis was something in the door which really didn’t address my concerns at all. I will not be back again, and be sure to let all my friends and family not to purchase and or use the service from this dealer. 1 of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealer. More
