Tech had an issue (broke a plastic piece on vehicle) on Monday March 24. Asked for timeline for repair when picking vehicle up Monday afternoon. Left a message for the Service Manager on Thursday at 8:32am which was not returned simply asking for communication. It now Sunday so we will see if they will provide any communication tomorrow which will one week since they broke a piece off my vehicle. Tried calling service manager two additional times after message on Thursday afternoon and first thing Friday but she is never available. Did not leave additional messages. More
