Eldon was great, but Rhonda needs some proper customer service training. I waited over 2 days for her email to set up the pick up of the car. She did not follow up when I was not answering her email. When I finally received the email and picked a day. She stated those days were no longer available for pick up times. She also did not show me too much of how the cars extras worked. I've been googling and reading o. How to use this car. I know 3 people who just purchased new cars at Ford and Kia. They received their cars in less then 24 hours. They were also shown everything in their vehicle. It took me over a week. So i I had ti pay for insurance for the days I had no car. More
