Eldon was great, but Rhonda needs some proper customer service training. I waited over 2 days for her email to set up the pick up of the car. She did not follow up when I was not answering her email. They were also shown everything in their vehicle. It took me over a week. So i I had ti pay for insurance for the days I had no car. More

I went in for an oil change Mar. 25 and asked for Mobil 5-30 , that is what I use. I didn’t check the invoice real close until I got home and noticed it was 5-30 Dexos bulk.
