The ratings I have given reflect the overall experience I had when trading in my vehicle and purchasing another one. I was in the market for a 6 passenger vehicle and was specifically looking at the Mazda 5 had when trading in my vehicle and purchasing another one. I was in the market for a 6 passenger vehicle and was specifically looking at the Mazda 5 to satisfy my family's needs in terms of seating capacity and price range. Patrick was attentive to what I was saying and was able to provide me with the information that I needed to make a good decision.Together with his sales manager, we were able to hammer out a price that I believed to be fair for both the value of my trade and the cost of the vehicle that I eventually purchased. At no time did I feel pressured into making a quick decision and all negotiation was conducted honestly and transparently. My husband and I had been looking for a car for me for a couple of weeks and I was not impressed with the people we met.
