He invited us into the showroom and saw us through the entire procedure. He ensured that we get a fair trade in value for our jeep, he followed up the visit by phone, and was available throughout the entire procedure. As we wished to drive our purchase away the same day, he even cleaned the vehicle himself, took us to put gas into the vehicle, and ended with a picture of us by our new possession. I went to other dealership before Automax hoping to get approved and not for long they didn't. I was losing confident and I start to realized that the only way i could get approve was with a co-sign and hi approved and not for long they didn't. But then, i tried again and this time is Automax.. and by God, i was suprised.. not only they will fight the banks back and forth and not giving up just to get you approve, they also have the patience, hospitality and excellent service. As I had never had a car written off before, Mark and his Sales Manager assisted me with this and answered questions I had regarding this which I was grateful for. Too my delight, Mark found a car similar to the one I had previously (a Honda Civic Coupe). Mark went over in detail the Vehicle History Report and addressed all the concerns I had regarding the car.
