She never used the "sales person sweet talk" and made me feel like she was honest and there to help me find what I wanted. Parts clerk is very friendly and helpul also. He takes the time needed to find whatever we are looking for. As I am a single parent, I had to bring my kids in with me while picking up my new vehicle.
