It was darn close to what we were looking however not exactly. After asking a few questions, he knew what we wanted. When we returned the next day, he had exactly what we were looking for. We test drove it and made the deal. We dealt with Don right away about our trade in and then we went straight to Julie to get all the paperwork completed. It was a pleasure to deal with every person we encountered. The whole ordeal was quick, easy and painless and they were all very knowledgeable. Didn't matter what we asked, they had the answers. I would totally refer anyone to go to Crosstown and ask for these highly trained and knowledgeable people. I will definitely be back because of them. More
