Totally Awesome Experience We purchased a new 2015 GMC Sierra from Crosstown Chevy/GMC this week. Tammy Stewart was the young lady who looked after us and she was terrific. We originally were going to purchase one vehicle but Tammy found another that suited us better...the 2nd vehicle was not as expensive as the first so this also made us happy. We got fair value for our trade-in and the incentives for buying the new machine were fabulous. But the best part of the whole process was Tammy. She was knowledgeable, very accessible, and really listened to what we were looking for in a truck. She was more importantly to me, very pleasant and cheerful and really seemed to like her job and helping people. The other people we dealt with at the dealership were also very professional. There was no "pushiness" to buy any vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure to buy the "extras" that other dealerships we have dealt with have become famous for. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and we will surely recommend this dealership and especially Tammy to everyone we know who is looking to buy a fine truck or car in the Greater Sudbury area and beyond. More

Easier to buy my new car than my new cell phone! After 10 years I was back at Crosstown to purchase a new vehicle. I never ever felt pushed to choose one over the other. Gwen just pointed out the differences and the decision was mine. And then when I went to pick my Equinox up Gwen sat in the car with me for over an hour setting up my "computer on wheels". She then gave me her card with everything from cell to home number to call her if I had any problems whatsoever.
