Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry that once again it appears that we did not provide you with the service you expected. After reviewing the matter with our Service Department, I am still a little unclear as to your dissatisfaction. • Was it the way you we’re treated? • Was it the fact that the vehicle was no longer under factory warranty and this was not explained correctly at the time ? • Did you wait longer than expected? • Was the inspection not explained properly prior to the vehicle coming in to the shop? • Was the Service Advisor or Manager not courteous? • Did you not know that the extended warranty had a deductible? These are just a few of the questions that will help the investigation further. If you would like to take the time to explain in your own words how we did not meet your expectations, we would really appreciate it. If not, we understand and once again apologize. I have no desire to deal with this any further, nor do I have the time to spend going over the same points .. Again and again.. It's simple, your service is bad.. I had been warned prior to purchasing but bought my vehicle there anyways because you had an amazing salesman ( Justin briscoe).. That is the only reason We bought a vehicle through you guys, and the service right from the very beginning left a sour taste in our mouths.. From your silly policy of, only if the vehicle is purchased brand new does it come with a full tank of gas! The vehicle I bought costs far more than a good portion of your " new vehicles" but came with an empty tank. ( it wasn't brand new so .. We only fill new vehicles..) that's a joke!... I could go on , but I have a busineas that I need to get back to; one which I own and treat my customers with the utmost respect.. And my motto is " the customer is always right"..
