I went in on a very busy Saterday, all the sales people were busy assisting customers. James Goudreau was on his day off but just happened to stop by to drop off some paper work. James asked me if I needed assistance and I told him I was looking to trade my 2014 GMC for a 2016. James proceeded to show me several vehicles and to answer all my questions. Thanks to James and Julie in finance I purchased a new 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain. Everyone at Crosstown was terrific, a special thanks to James for taking his time to assist me on his day off. I will go back to Crosstown for my next one also. More
