James asked me if I needed assistance and I told him I was looking to trade my 2014 GMC for a 2016. James proceeded to show me several vehicles and to answer all my questions. Thanks to James and Julie in finance I purchased a new 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain. Everyone at Crosstown was terrific, a special thanks to James for taking his time to assist me on his day off.
