We walked in to Crosstown and felt right at home with Gwen as she answered our many questions prior to choosing a vehicle to purchase. It was easy and stress-free as we moved from Gwen's office to meet Mike Comtois to do the financing. He explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Mostly, we appreciated the staff for treating us as individuals. We got a tour of their facility and got to meet staff from every department. We received a complete tutoring session on how to operate the vehicle and use its accessories ( computerized infotainment system ). Within a day and a half, we drove out with our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. We have been invited back should we have difficulty understanding anything about our new vehicle. Satisfied does not describe how I feel I was so happy to, by accident, have the pleasure to have Crosstown Servicing do work on my 2015 GMC Sierra. (new to me since May as I bought used) I I was so happy to, by accident, have the pleasure to have Crosstown Servicing do work on my 2015 GMC Sierra. (new to me since May as I bought used) I had put diesel in my tank instead of gas(accident of course), so my truck was towed to Crosstown on Saturday 6th Aug 2016 . First thing Monday, I received a call from John who was very thoughtful and kept me at ease to my error. Through out the week he informed me of the progress again keeping me from freaking out about how badly I may have damaged my truck. We had to wait for parts which was fine and John even was going to help me out with a rental if I needed. His estimate was spot on and no surprises when it came for the final bill.(I have had bad experiences with a Ford dealership. Needless to say I own a GM now) What I was really happy to hear was John also explained that the tires had to be re-torqued at 100kms. I am mentioning this as I had tires on my last Truck(Ford) and was picked up by my spouse who was not informed of this verbally. Needless to say by the time she got back from Chelmsford(110kms from my home) three of the 4 tire had loose lug nuts and the front passenger had four of the five lug nuts right off and in the hub cover. So John telling me this shows that you guys care and do your jobs. I would like to thank again John Katerynek for the great customer support that he gave me though this whole ordeal. You can rest assure that Crosstown will be my dealership of choice herein. Unfortunately I do not know who the Technician was that worked on my truck, but I would also like to send a thank you to him also. He put a lot of time in for me to have my truck back in such a timely manner.....So Big THUMBS UP to Crosstown and the staff there. Dale Ribson More
