Oil Change / Brakes Brought the vehicle in for an oil change and there was a shake in the front end at 2:30 pm. After the oil change and an inspection, the service perso Brought the vehicle in for an oil change and there was a shake in the front end at 2:30 pm. After the oil change and an inspection, the service person John called and said that the brakes needed to be replaced. This was at 4:00 p.m. and he said they could do it right away. We picked up the vehicle just after 5:00 p,m,. John called us every step of the way and the service was great. For a job that that we were not expecting that it could have been done that fast and we would possibly have to bring it back in. Very pleased with the service and would recommend Crosstown to other customers. More
