I had come to the dealership with an open mind; originally Aleksandar Panzalovic had helped me -- except he didn't register my name as "his" customer. I couldn't remember who was helping me as Alek wasn't at Crosby's when I returned for a 2nd road test. Knowing that sales are based on commission, I was really IMPRESSED with the professionalism that both Vinny and Aleksander displayed through-out the sales process. Basically, both put the priority of customer satisfaction ahead of their own gain. Also, what has made this experience enjoyable is the "NO" pressure sales approach; unlike other dealerships, nobody was concerned with the time/distance of the test drive. Nor did any of the sales people insist on going along for the test drive--this being very different from the "other" dealerships. I would recommend Crosby and/or Waterloo VW to others. :) More

I have been extremely pleased with the Audi Service care at Crosby Volkswagen not just for my service visit on Friday March 2nd but from prior visits since purchasing my A5 at Crosby Volkswagen Audi. My recent visit was due to an unusual noise i had experienced early that week and on calling the dealership to schedule a service appointment, they slotted me in first thing the next morning and took care of the repair (wheel bearing repair) and had my car back in time for the weekend. I also had forgotten i needed a Diamond Kote Inspection by the dealership and even though i forgot to mention prior to the appointment, the service group was able to perform that along with the repair same day. The staff at Crosby has always been courteous and i've been appreciative of the care they take with my vehicle and my busy work schedule needs for booking appointments. I wish i had purchased an Audi vehicle prior to this as the service has been the best i've received from prior dealerships (owned a Ford and Nissan product prior and the Crosby service has topped them both). Keep up the good work!! More

Vinnie and the entire staff at Crosby VW were exceptionally frinedly, helpful and honest. I originally went in to look at a used 2009 Rabbit, and ended up in a new 2012 Golf. Quite happily. When entering Crosby VW I was met by Conrad in a very friendly manner. He was not pushy in any way as he introduced himself and said if there was anything he could help me with he would. He left us to browse which I found very comfortable as with other dealers they pounce on you right away. As soon as we finished browsing I approached Conrad to sit and talk about the car I was interested in buying. At first I was hesitant as I have been to numerous dealerships with no avail to just walk out. I was interested in getting a good price (obviously) and to see what I could get as a trade in on my Honda Civic. Other dealers were not interested in my trade in but Conrad was very pleasant and did not hesitate to give me a price. I had a price in mind to finance and low and behold Conrad was very patient with me and obliged with the price I had in mind. I was very happy with the service and pleasantness I was given by Conrad. I also found out that I was Conrad's first customer at Crosby VW. I have had my Jetta in for service and I am pleased at the way they treat customers.It has been a pleasure having the opportunity to finally meet up with a compassionate group of people working at Crosby VW-Audi. More

This was my first car and my wife's second. We were very specific about the model we wanted and the options to be included. I would recomend this dealership becasue the sales service was very quick on initial inquiry. Through out the process of financing the service was easy because the staff was friendly and efficient. service was very quick on initial inquiry. As we drove in from Belleville, Ontario we were very late and did not arrive in Kitchener until 9:45 however when we arrived we could still do the paperwork and get the vehicle so that was most appreciated.
