Her customer service skills are amazing. I asked about new floor matts and she immediately took me over to the Service Department and in 5 minutes the matts were bought and paid for. She also helped me with setting up my Bluetooth and phone numbers in my car. My overall experience was way better than I had expected and I can say I have never received service like this when buying a car. This is my 3rd VW and will be buying another in 4-5 years! We had previously visited the Waterloo dealership and they could not follow through to get us the vehicle we wanted. We felt there was pressure to try to accept a vehicle off the lot.
