My overall experience was way better than I had expected and I can say I have never received service like this when buying a car. This is my 3rd VW and will be buying another in 4-5 years! We had previously visited the Waterloo dealership and they could not follow through to get us the vehicle we wanted. We felt there was pressure to try to accept a vehicle off the lot.
