I contacted Crosby VW in response to a used car, after hours. I live roughly an hour away from Crosby VW, so I wanted to find out as much information as possible. I promptly received a response from Aleksander, both by email, as well as by phone. He was honest, didn't pressure me, and told me that he would provide me with further information in the morning. The next morning, about 10 mins before we were ready to leave, I received a phone call from Aleksander, to let me know that another customer was looking at the car as well. I admired his consideration and thoughfulness, as he knew that I had a bit of a drive to see the car. I declined leaving a deposit, and made the trek to Kitchener. I was impressed by Aleksander's consideration, knowledge, honesty, helpfulness, and the "non-pressure" sales strategy throughout the whole process. I am now the proud owner of a car, purchased from Crosby VW, with Aleksander's help! Keep up the good work! More

The first 2 times did not go smoothly due to mishandlings from a newer Service Consultant. Nonetheless, their management team is exceptional in identifying areas of improvement and be able to deliver precise execution. My 3rd visit was smooth; all my concerns were taken care of, and overall exceeded my expectations. For the 2 times I was at the dealership waiting to pick up my car, I noticed they always back-in the cars to the parking spots so customers picking up their cars can just drive away. They always use proper seat cover when they enter customer’s car so the seat wouldn’t get soiled, and they have free wi-fi so I can check a few things online while waiting. Little things count for good customer service. Recommended. More

Conrad helped me out immensely in narrowing down my choices for my first brand new car. Anybody can sell cars, but Conrad and his fellow salesman Vinny are very passionate about the product that they choices for my first brand new car.
