Next came the financing, Andrea was also very knowledgeable and made what can be the worst part of a vehicle purchase very easy and painless, she explained all of our options and worked hard to make our deal happen just the way we wanted. Even though I was initially interested in purchasing a Jetta GLI, Alex recommended that I try the Golf Sportli with my 2nd Golf purchased at Crosby! In the search for a new to me vehicle I was referred to Alex at Crosby by a friend. Upon first contact and visit it became apparent that currently there wasn't a used vehicle in stock that completely match Alex at Crosby by a friend. Upon first contact and visit it became apparent that currently there wasn't a used vehicle in stock that completely matched my needs. His perseverance and willingness to match me to my perfect car had ultimately paid off. A customer had come in with a trade in about 3 weeks later that closely resembled what I had in mind. It actually turned out to be better. He had not forgotten about me even though I was not looking for some top of the line brand new vehicle. Just minutes after the other customer dropped off his trade in, Alex had arranged for me to come and see it right away knowing I would love the car and I definitely did. By the next day the vehicle was in my possession in a condition that was unmatched by any of the private sales available. At a price that almost seemed too good to be true. He had gotten the car safetied, e-tested, and plated before I could blink my eyes. I wish I could give you more detail but everything happened so quickly and flawlessly that it's hard to remember all the details. Here I am writing this positive review 8 months later with the vehicle not having a single problem and at a price and condition unmatched by any of the other deals I had found during my long search for the perfect car. Thanks Alex, I will definitely be back when time comes again because you and your dealership had provided the best and non pressured vehicle shopping experience I have ever experienced. More
