My experience with Crosby VW Audi was very very positive. They had the car with all the features and packages that I was looking for. Conrad Fey was my salesman, and he was very professional and was able to connect with me on my interest in the car, and was extremely knowledgeable with my numerous questions. I also was able to get several dealer installed options on my car at a later date, and these were all done correctly the first time, so I was very happy with that. All of the other personnel I spoke with while setting up financing and taking delivery were very kind and professional. All in all, a great experience, and I will be returning there in the future. I requested a test drive with very short notice and he was able to accommodate me. He made me feel very comfortable as this was my 1st car buying experience and I'm really glad that he was the person I dealt with for it. Because I am probably one of the more younger customers he has dealt with, I wasn't as knowledgeable about vehicles and he was very good at making sure I understood everything and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that this was my 1st car.
