Great experience I initially dealt with Aaron through email and spoke to him on the phone a couple of times; I found him to be very helpful, but as it was his day off I initially dealt with Aaron through email and spoke to him on the phone a couple of times; I found him to be very helpful, but as it was his day off I dealt with Ben Norman in person. I found Ben to be down to earth, and very attentive without being at all pushy. We had a long day of test drives in the snow; he listened and answered many questions. Thank you again for all your help...I love my 2019 CX3 AWD which had no problems getting me home safely in the snow storm while many cars were in the ditch along the way. I also appreciated the gift basket I received as a surprise from Corey...nice touch. Also thanks to Chad and Chantelle who were very helpful. More

Courtenay Mazda I came in to look at a 2016 CX-5. Mike was very knowledgeable and Karissa was very easy to deal with during the test drive. The banks had closed so I I came in to look at a 2016 CX-5. During the process, Mike kept us in the loop and we left feeling that he had looked after us well. He and Chad made a great team, resulting in happy customers. My only criticism is that buying a car takes far too long, and the current practice of financing it in bi-weekly payments is quite annoying, when everyone is accustomed to a monthly payment. More
