Years of experience helping people buy a car in Courtenay I was only buying a used truck but they also have some pretty sweet looking new Mazdas on the lot. Mike Milne's approach was low key which we appreciated. Mike knowledegbly explained the features of the vehicle and we went for the test drive. With Mike's familiarity of the area, and with his suggestions, we experienced city, highway and back road driving which gave us a good feel for the capabilities of the CX-5. We had done a lot of research on the CX-5 and felt that this vehicle lived up to our expectation so we decided to buy. My wife is the primary driver and I knew that she was very happy after the test drive. Chad Johnson explained the extended warranty clearly and it made sense to go with it. Chad made the closing paperwork easy. A big plus for us was having the insurance rep come to the dealership. After we took possession of the vehicle Mike spent considerable time explaining the operation of some functions in detail. We would totally recommend this dealership and its professionals.
