Start of a friendship! I've known Karissa for a year, she sold me the car of my dreams just as my old car was about to kick the bucket. Since I met Karissa, she checks in on me and my car periodically and always answers my questions in a timely fashion. When I finally found Karissa, I had been to 6 other dealerships and test drive almost 40 cars that didn't meet my needs and desires. My experience at other dealerships was poor; the sales person walking away randomly and only showing up to tell me they found a car and took me on test drives then disappeared again. But my experience with Courtenay Mazda and Karissa was one hundred percent different. I was introduced to her within minutes of walking in and she stayed with me all day (and I mean all day, I was there from 11:30-6:30) and chatted with me, she got to know me before she put me in a car. Best sales experience I have ever had! More

Professional, helpful and friendly I had the craziest experience when trying to return my leased car in for a financed one!
