The salesperson tried (Cam) the dealership failed. Cam did his job by showing us the vehicle and taking us for a test drive. Once we thought we had a deal done the wait started. Our private information was past from one person to the next to the next and the waiting went on. I thought we were working with the finance person ,Chantal,as she presented all the numbers we had already gone over with the salesperson but this time written with colored felt pens showing us the great discount we got on a car they had been unable to sell for 5 months. Not sure why this was necessary as we already agreed on the price. When we asked for more finance options she went to her office to work out more numbers as we continued to wait in the show room. She finally came back with a second option. Then asked Cam to fill out a badly photocopied credit application in the open in the show room. This application had very little room to fill out pertinent information. This application was then sent to some mystery person to approve. We waited for 2 hours for this mystery person to respond. Finally we went home with out an answer as it appeared we were not a priority that day. We expected to get a call on Monday telling us our financing had been approved but no that didn't happen, instead we got a call asking us if we would be coming back to the dealership to continue the wait. So we took our business to a different dealership were we were treated with professionalism and respect. Everything happens for a reason we got the car we wanted with less km, a complete service history and new tires at a better price. Courtenay Mazda was too busy using tacky sales gimmicks. Please just show me the car without asking me to give my information to a person that controls the confetti gun and has no knowledge of the inventory at hand, then passing me on to a salesperson that has very little authority, Please let me talk to the people that can make the deal and handle my financial information in a private professional manner. Please let me see that ACTUAL services done on the car not a badly photocopied check list. Please let salesperson and me know the timeline we will be dealing with instead of having us sit around for hours. More

Cam did a great job. I really enjoyed working with Cam finding a car- he was very personable and helpful.. I’ve dealt with a different sales representative during each purchase and they have all been very helpful and informative, making sure I know what the features are on the new vehicle, as well as, making sure I am getting a great deal. This latest one, Barry Davis is one of the best I’ve dealt with. He made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and explained all the new bells and whistles of my new CX-5. More
