purchase of a Mazda cx3 awd Chantelle was very helpful and friendly to deal with. She is very good in establishing a Commen bond. She told me she just starting her job and did not know all the question I ask, but did find the answers. All in all she showed a profesional attitude, and was a plesure to deal with. What I was less happy with is the added cost to the vehicle. On the negotiation I was told Oil changes would be free, but they were in the contract as a cost. Also the tire insurance Cost was more or less a suprise, pus the Island package. This brought the ptice up. Since I did finance a large portion of car I did accepted that, but was not very happy about it. The rest of the tranaction went smoothly. More

Painless double trade-in Kudos to Gaye who took me through the rather overwhelming process of trading a truck and my beloved Miata for a CX5. Although in pain from a nasty tooth ache she covered it well and took good care of me. Chad somehow was charming and chatty while filling out forms (how do you do that!) I highly suggest more time be allotted to cover the complexity of operating a 2016 vehicle for a senior citizen used to driving 96 and 06 vehicles. Way too much to process so quickly. As I drove away I realized I didn't even know how to change the radio station and had to call next day with several questions. My complaint: although I stated clearly I wanted payments to be no more than $300 I am ending up closer to 400. Maybe a disconnect between Corey and Chad here. I AM liking the CX5 more as I drive it - and grieving my Miata less. This little SUV is a fun drive after all! More

We met Mike Milne, who was really nice & informative, & especially NO high pressure sales!! We also talked to Chad to finish up the paperwork. Chad was very informative & helpful, explaining our options for extended warranties etc., getting us what we wanted. All in all everyone we dealt with was very friendly, from the receptionist to management. We would definitely deal with Courtenay Mazda again & recommend you go there first. Mike Milne the Mazda man! after i had my car accident one year ago and was doing some serious car hunting, i started looking for a Mazda 3. i had ruled out the competition like after i had my car accident one year ago and was doing some serious car hunting, i started looking for a Mazda 3. i had ruled out the competition like the matrix....this is when i met Mike Milne. he was helpful, kind, and very informative.....he has a way of connecting with his customer that is very welcoming. even tho i ended up buying my Mazda 3 privately because it is how i found the exact car i wanted, the first person i drove it over to show it to was mike...he treated me like he had just sold it to me. he got in the passenger seat and showed me how things work etc. as this is the same kind of car he drives. i know that if i ever buy a Mazda again ( which i would) i would most definitely buy my car from Mike. i was treated with utmost respect:) thanks mike! Trauma-free car purchase. My Mazda Protege had treated me very well for the past 15 years, and it was with great trepidation that I began my search for her successor. My last car purchase didn't leave me with any desire to go through that mess again. I decided to check out the used lot while my car was in for its winter tune up. After being allowed to cruise the lot on my own for a while and get the lay of the land, I was greeted by a very friendly sales person - Gaye Williams. She proved to be an excellent listener -- after hearing what I needed from my new car, she was able to expertly guide me directly to the Mazda 5, which met all my needs, plus some. Once we started the purchase process, I was pleasantly surprised to find how stress-free it was. Granted, it did take a bit of time, but I appreciated the thoroughness and efficiency of the process. I've spent a few weeks now getting to know my car, and I'm still as happy with the purchase now as I was at the time. Talking about nothing related to purchasing anything from the lot we were still made to feel welcome. Barry had offered us a beverage and when we did have a question regarding the information on a crossover they had Barry was very informative and answering any question (good or bad). So for me when I decided to switch to Mazda I needed a dealership that I felt comfortable with. My experience from the first time we drove up was friendly and very helpful. Barry took the time to explain the different options that was available with the different models of cars and took me out for nice long test drive so I could make sure that the Mazda 6 GT was what I want.
