Jody, the salesperson, is young but very enthusiastic. She is full of positive energy and has a strong desire to learn. If she didn't know the answer to one of my questions she was more than willing to find out and thanked me a few times for my questions as they helped her to learn. Her ease in conversing with people of varying ages is commendable as well. I enjoyed talking to Chad. Not only did he present the financial and extended warranty information in a thorough yet easily understandable way but his knowledge about the mazda engine vs. hybrid engines made for a very interesting discussion. Corey is professional yet has a happy and warm personality. He was willing to offer a deal but was open and clear about the limits of the offer. Love my car! More

While we decided not to purchase the vehicle, we were very impressed with Barry's cheerful, up front presentation of the vehicle's features, both positive and negative (just one or two). Barry introduced us to Corey Sawchuk (owner of dealership), who went over the financial options available should we decide to purchase the vehicle. Most Painless Visit to a Dealership Ever! I drove up to Courtenay Madza from Nanaimo on a (sort of) spur of the moment trip one Saturday. I had a specific car in mind that I wanted to buy (a I drove up to Courtenay Madza from Nanaimo on a (sort of) spur of the moment trip one Saturday. I had a specific car in mind that I wanted to buy (a 2014 VW Jetta...in white of course!) and I saw that this dealership had one for a ridiculously great price, low kms, and it had all the features I was looking for! I called and spoke with Chantelle and she was able to give me a great overview of the vehicle over the phone which was great since if I was going to drive up to Courtenay I was basically going to purchase the car. I got there, was greeted and introduced to Chantelle quickly and almost instantly we were out for the test drive. It was a great car, handled wonderfully and Chantelle was able to give me lots of info about the vehicle as we went. I was sold. I had drove my 2002 Chevy Cavalier up to hopefully trade it in. Corey, the dealership owner, went and looked at my Cavalier and took it for a test drive and offered me a VERY fair trade in price! He also showed me what my Jetta was selling for at other dealerships and how their price compared. No nonsense, no hassle... no need to try and negotiate the price like you always have to do (one thing I HATE about trying to buy a car fyi...). I took the first deal he offered me cause it was plain to see that it was a great deal!!! I absolutely love my new car and my entire experience at this dealership was incredible. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and strangers!!
