I have purchased three new Toyotas from this dealership since 2011. I was a loyal customer who always serviced my three Toyotas at CHT. Unfortunately the service has been deteriorating for the past few yea since 2011. I was a loyal customer who always serviced my three Toyotas at CHT. Unfortunately the service has been deteriorating for the past few years. They once had a drive through oil change that took 20 to 30 minutes. Now an oil change can take 2 or 3 hours or more. They don’t honour appointments. Don’t assume that the work will ever start on your vehicle around your appointment. Today I brought my vehicle at 8:45 for an oil change and winter tires installed. At 2:30 the vehicle is still parked outside. I have no idea when the service will be completed. I’m now done and can’t do business when I’m treated so poorly. More
I booked my veh in early March and was told that I will get it in May. Unfortunately like everyone else I got it late July. The Finance folks are not helpful and very arrogant, never respond when you leave get it in May. Unfortunately like everyone else I got it late July. The Finance folks are not helpful and very arrogant, never respond when you leave a message. I was supposed to be paying $155 biweekly on lease unit and was mentioned in the bill of sale but when I was signing the lease contract, I was told that it will be $162 which was quite suspiring to me. I have no option but to accept it as I have waited for 4-5 months to get the veh. Also they me sticker and the asked me to register the veh at Registery (in the past they give the veh will all the registration and plate etc done). When I went to registry, the finance manger have not signed all the paper work and I have to call back from Registry for a signed copy. As usual the finance guy didn't responded. Overall quite bad experience and I will never buy another veh from country Hill. My advise to all to do your home work and look for an alternative dealer ship. Nasir More
Took my RAV4 in for oil and filter change. Later took to my own mechanic for service and he said oil was low and never changed. When I emailed the dealership they never responded and when I Later took to my own mechanic for service and he said oil was low and never changed. I placed an order for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum Country Hills Toyota in August 2021. The sales rep, Tien, confirmed that the vehicle would arrive by December 2021. In November, I received an email Country Hills Toyota in August 2021. The sales rep, Tien, confirmed that the vehicle would arrive by December 2021. In November, I received an email from Tien stating it would be arriving in January due to a minor delay. It wasn’t a big deal. In January 2022, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out. Tien told me there was a further delay and it would arrive in March 2022. I was aware of the ongoing supply shortages, so I wasn’t entirely surprised, but I was disappointed that I had to contact my sales rep for information about my order that was supposed to arrive that month. In March 2022, again I had to reach out via email to get a status update. This time, Tien was quite short with me and said he will just refund the deposit because there was nothing he could do. He stated that Toyota does not tell the dealership when orders are being built or when they will arrive. Based on information from other dealerships, this is simply not true. I asked him to estimate based on current data and he said June 2022. We are now in July 2022 and I haven’t heard a word from Country Hills Toyota. This is completely unacceptable. It has been brought to my attention that people who have ordered the exact same vehicle as me months after I did already received their vehicles. I believe Country Hills is being deceptive with their customers. They are prioritizing customers who have paid higher prices and pushing back orders for customers who purchased at lower prices even though they were made first. Brian, the manager, stated that he has “heard of other dealerships doing this” but states “we don’t do that.” People will remember how you treated them during this "shortage" and you will lose valuable customers because of your poor practices. Do better. 7/26 Update: I have a meeting with the manager and sales associate next week to come to an amicable and fair solution. I will post an update next week. More

The salesmen are extremely shady and love to try and play games to scam you out of thousands of dollars. Before you even think about going here go to literally any other car dealership and don’t look back. More
I have had some bad experiences with this dealership and personally I would not go back. High costs for maintenance when compared to many mechanics. personally I would not go back. High costs for maintenance when compared to many mechanics. More
