My experience was terrible, and I would give them a negative rating if I could. Both the sales representative and the customer service manager provided zero assistance. It seems that due to the high demand and limited supply, the dealership staff has forgotten about customer service entirely. I booked a RAV4 and paid a deposit of 1K in January. However, after that, no one bothered to contact me. When I tried reaching out to the salesperson, they replied the first two times, but when I called in July, they ignored my calls and didn't bother to respond to any messages. I decided to visit the Country Hills location and realized that even the manager's customer service was worse than zero. It appeared as if they didn't care whether I purchased a vehicle from their dealership or not. When I canceled my deal, the manager seemed happy about it. I'm not sure if the owner supports this type of customer service. The manager told me that people have been waiting for vehicles since 2021, but when I mentioned the poor presale customer service, he brushed it off, claiming their service team is good. I asked him if he thought their service team was better than their sales team. Overall, it was the worst experience, and in the future, I will avoid this dealership when buying a Toyota car, even if it means paying extra somewhere else. I hope that after 2-3 years when their business is affected, they will start caring about customer service. More

The managers do nothing to resolve or make the issue better but instead just refund the deposit and avoid confrontation of the criminal activity. As well, they insist that certain add ons onto new vehicles including extended warranties aren’t able to be taken off the purchase of. New vehicle that hasn’t even reached the dealership yet and therefore hasn’t had the add ons physically added like the 3M. There is no reason why they cannot take these off of a cancelled order from a previous customer. Also, felt like the sales member was in appropriate with me. As well MSRP pricing doesn’t apply to this dealership… you are paying extra thousands of dollars for their horrible customer service. Last of all so not trust ANY dates given as they have absolutely NO idea when the vehicle will actually arrive and do not care if you cater your entire schedule to come pick up your new ride from them. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CRIMINALS!!! More
Bought a 2019 brand new Toyota Corolla Hatchback and have had battery problems with it ever since I bought it!! Had to phone roadside assistance for a boost at least twice weekly the first winter!! I put the battery tender on it like they said to do and it still didn't help! After constant complaining they replaced the battery?! But I am still having problems!! Even with it being nice weather?! Am sitting at Country Hills Toyota right now lol since 10 this morning!! After having to call roadside assistance every 2 days for the last week!! This problem should have been corrected 4 years ago!! I am NOT Impressed at all!! More
This review is solely for Sean the service manager. I purchased my Toyota Camry in 2020. I have had problems with the same tire and I had to get it fixed three times within the last year. I had the tire repaired and within one week, I had to go back to have it patched again. Dylan one of the service agents said it had not been patched properly and thus, why it is flat again. It happened twice within one week. This tire has been faulty since I purchased the car and there is no accountability for the repairs that I had to go back for. At the time I was also charged for new windshield wipers that I had declined. Dylan offered me a 10% discount off my next service for this mistake. Upon calling to have the same tire fixed yet again, I was told I was passed my extended warranty period as I had reached 50KM. I was quoted $309 to have the tire repaired, I spoke to Sean about this and he was rude, passive and defensive. He belittle me and made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about because I am a female. I asked Sean for the GM info and he rudely said he would be away until the beginning of May. This was a disappointing experience, and it shows how little this dealership values their customers. I would not recommend getting your services here as, it is not done properly and they have 0 accountability for this. More

We are from saskatchewan and were on our way to BC and had an error message in our tundra truck (new to us). We went to country Hills Toyota and they helped us immediately. I have purchased three new Toyotas from this dealership since 2011. I was a loyal customer who always serviced my three Toyotas at CHT. Unfortunately the service has been deteriorating for the past few yea since 2011. I was a loyal customer who always serviced my three Toyotas at CHT. Unfortunately the service has been deteriorating for the past few years. They once had a drive through oil change that took 20 to 30 minutes. Now an oil change can take 2 or 3 hours or more. They don’t honour appointments. Don’t assume that the work will ever start on your vehicle around your appointment. Today I brought my vehicle at 8:45 for an oil change and winter tires installed. At 2:30 the vehicle is still parked outside. I have no idea when the service will be completed. I’m now done and can’t do business when I’m treated so poorly. More
