Al, thank you for your review. There is much more to this situation that is not mentioned in your review. You have been in constant contact with Tony and Schaan throughout this and made aware of the charges involved. Also, Toyota Canada approves all warranty claims (or declines) based on the fact this vehicle was purchased at auction with major Carfax claims against it, plus the fact that the failure was not a manufacturing defect but a different one entirely. Brian, Can you please show me that Carfax claim that you have mentioned? Because I have a Carfax report dated August 30, 2023 showing everything is good about this vehicle! No Accident/Damage Records Found 0 Service Records Found No Open Recalls Found Last Registered In: Alberta (Normal) No U.S. History Found Not Actively Declared Stolen No Import Record Found. I will publish here if you want or email you.? And can you please explain what did you mean by “the failure was not a manufacturing defect but a different one entirely” Do you mean the Granville Toyota Partnership service history dated July 20, 2023 R.O number 732663 ? Do you mean that you don’t have access to Toyota maintenance service history record before accepting the vehicle to your dealership? If so let me know because I have them and I will publish them here if you want? By the way I have sent an email today containing a complaint, so I hope you reply to me? Thank you for your reviews

Esterlyn, while I am sorry that you had a negative experience, I think it is only fair that we clarify the details of what happened here. You were verbally abusive to our service staff to the point we had to ask you to leave the premises. You then took a swing at our service manager in anger (who blocked the swing) and again we asked you to leave and never come back. We almost had to call the police.
