I ordered a Toyota car 12 months ago with $1k deposit. Last week they told me my car arrived. The finance manager also told me so I asked is it the same price as online Toyota website and he said assumes Last week they told me my car arrived. I asked the sales and he told me price is $43,800 plus tax and I noticed price in the website is $41,300. I messaged sales and was told the price was determined by manager. I questioned him when I order the car last year was told the market price. I asked what was the market price and his explanation was every year the car price increase slightly. Which is understandable. But today he says unfortunately, that is the price which is $2500 more than the website.I told him he was misleading as it won’t make sense I have been waiting 12 months and still pay $2500 more. They don’t care and have no moral and says if I dont accept that price they would love to refund the deposit and sell to other cx. I checked with another Toyota sales in Calgary and she confirmed if I have been waiting for that long and shouldn’t pay extra to get my order. The dealership and the sales are cheating customers. I told them if you told me waiting period is 12-18 months and after waiting that long, customers need to pay $2500 more to get the car, no stupid customer would order from you and gave deposit. They keep saying it is the market, nothing to do with them. So who is going to protect customer’s right. I do have friends who just moved to Calgary paid $2500 more and only wait for 2 weeks . That make sense but I have been waiting for 12 months and still need to pay $2500 more? Sales has no integrity! I shared it with my friends and they told me to share my experience in social medium and consult with lawyer to see if I can protect customer’s right. I will try to reach out to Toyota and file a complaint and I will see how to protect my right. I am sharing my experience so please make sure when you give a deposit ask them if they are going to add additional price than website . I feel they are cheating cx and I don’t know if this is Toyota the big brand allow them to do so. More

These guys are crooks. I don’t recommend anyone going to this dealership. Find a different local dealership who is honest and upfront with everything. As a loyal customer who has been purchasing and servicing vehicles at your dealership for over a decade, I regret to say that the level of customer service provided by the staff and service manager has been vehicles at your dealership for over a decade, I regret to say that the level of customer service provided by the staff and service manager has been consistently poor and disappointing. Purchased the Toyota genuine battery less than year ago for my truck and its dead, went for warranty at parts and they send me to service, went to service they again send me back to parts and again back to service. Several staff seemed uncertain and uninformed about the procedures and protocols necessary to assist customer effectively. They agreed to replace under warranty but must pay for testing the battery $50. Could understand why I must pay when it’s under warranty. My deep concern regarding the unprofessional behavior by the service manager when I tried to put the genuine concern about the quality of service provided, I was met with dismissiveness and lack of professionalism. Not only was my issue brushed aside but I also felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. More

My 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE 42,800Km it's being held HOSTAGE since September 18, 2023 until I pay for their MISTAKE! Tony Wilgenbusch a service advisor and Schaan Silbernagel the service manager at Cou HOSTAGE since September 18, 2023 until I pay for their MISTAKE! Tony Wilgenbusch a service advisor and Schaan Silbernagel the service manager at Country Hills Toyota Dealership have refused to give me back my vehicle to fix it somewhere else unless I pay them $3059.00+tax the cost of removing the vehicle transmission which has been done on September 26, 2023 even though the vehicle has been there since September 18, 2023. Tony hadn’t checked the Toyota vehicle history records when he had received the vehicle on September 18, 2023 but he checked the Toyota repair records on September 26, 2023 at 16:00 EDT(14:00 MDT). Tony told me twice on the phone on September 19 and September 22 that: “the vehicle is still under Toyota manufacturing warranty and we are just waiting for Toyota response and it is just a matter of time until the vehicle gets fixed” They refused to install the used transmission that I had purchased and I was ready to give them the $3,059 which they asked for to install their used unwarranted transmission which cost 5,500+tax! Accepted my car for service quoted time frame for service to be done (2-3hrs) but at the end of the day no service done! bad bad service! never apologized instead ask costumer to bring my car to other service provider or dealership! yes I will I have 4 cars am bringing them all there not only the service am transferring but my business as well. Do not give time frame that is not possible instead be honest its better to re schedule than letting client come for service and at the end of the day no service was done!
