Horrible service I bought a used vehicle from them on a Friday night. I was left waiting to pick up my “new” vehicle for a week without anyone ever contacting me to up I bought a used vehicle from them on a Friday night. I was left waiting to pick up my “new” vehicle for a week without anyone ever contacting me to update me on what is taking so long for the vehicle to be ready. There was NO inspection done on this vehicle PRIOR to it being put up for sale. I had to continually phone the business back to find out updates before finally just going in in person to talk to someone. After phoning them the following Friday and being told my vehicle is now ready, I head in to pick it up a couple of hours later only to have to wait another 2 hours to see someone in finance to pay the balance! The person in finance says that he was just told suddenly that I was here to pick up my vehicle that day. Very frustrating and poor service! Fast forward a couple of days and now I have a warning saying I need an oil change! Go forward another 2 days and my vehicle won’t start and I have to keep calling for a boost! I feel like I have bought a lemon from a lemon dealership! I have absolutely no money to buy another vehicle and do not work so don’t qualify for a loan to even try to buy a different one. More
