Worst Customer Service Ever seen Went to buy a car and dealt with Abdul (sales person) and Aman Singh (sales manager). They quoted me one price and i offered them my price. But we didn't agree on one price and I came back. Then next day i got call from Abdul and he said he talked to manager and manager want to see me and booked my appointment at 1:30 pm. It was a cold weather but I went to see them as i committed to come, in the hope that probably we will come on one price and close the deal. But for 50 min, no one came to me. And then Justin Chang introduced himself as General Manager had talked to me with such a bad attitude, no apology for my wait time, worst customer service, never expected this from so called General Manager. It feels like he never want to close the deal. If you don't want to sell the car, that is fine, but should not deal with customer like this. You have lost a customer due to Justin's bad behavior. If you are looking to buy you NEED to visit this Dealership! I absolutely hate car shopping ha ha! However,,,, MY faith has been restored! Right from start to finish when purchasing my new car from Country Hills I absolutely hate car shopping ha ha! However,,,, MY faith has been restored! Right from start to finish when purchasing my new car from Country Hills Nissan it was just amazing! I was running short on time and decided to take a QUICK look at one of the used cars they had on their lot. I was met by Shaun Kos the GM who introduced me to Samir and they both very graciously asked me what my purchasing goal was. I ended up leaving that day and within hours Samir sent me a cpl of options, I came back in and met with Samir again who is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know an answer to any given question, he will find out immediately he is also extremely easy to talk to and worked hard with me to make sure we landed at a place that worked for me! So I ended up purchasing a 2019 Micra (which has far exceeded my expectations already) So all of that part was great BUT the service afterwards is what has me so super impressed! The financial services manager Gary Ghardi is like NO other financial manager I have met to date! He went WELL out of his way to make sure this experience was (I was very apprehensive) as stress free as it possibly could be!! When I picked my car up I was met by Shaun once again (honestly when does the GM personally come out and greet you especially after the fact?!) and they were eager to show me MY new car which was waiting for me in their indoor bay! Picking up my new car felt incredible. A few days later I needed to bring my car in for a few extras I had chosen when I purchased it AND this time both Gary and Samir met me at the desk and LOOKED after taking my car into the service area and set me up with a loaner car for the day. I have to say I felt like I received Red Carpet service! While I absolutely love my new little Micra it is by no means their top of the line car but SURE wouldn't know it by how very WELL I was treated! I honestly CANNOT express just how great this experience has been. I HIGHLY recommend that ANY one that is the market for a vehicle needs to at the very least make a trip into to Country Hills Nissan!! I feel so well looked after and this has NOT ever been my experience in the past ever before when purchasing a vehicle. The facility as well is top notch! Thanks to all of you at Country Hills Nissan that made what is usually so very stressful for me; SO much easier! In fact it ended up being quite enjoyable! OH and those little extras I purchased,,,when I went to pick up my car I could NOT believe how it looked!! I had already been driving my new car for a few days and when I went back into pick it up it looked even newer than the day I picked it up!
