Very disappointed in the lack of service and follow up. My mom is a 72 year old senior who bought a 22 Kona. July 2022 she took the car in to have air conditioning serviced as it was not working. ( keep in mind this is a brand new 2022 Hyundai Kona ) Mom is still driving her car with no air conditioning and haven't heard any form of response for over 4 weeks. I have reached out to service supervisor, service manager and even head office with no response. This is disgusting service, especially for a senior. Mom has COPD and other respiratory health issues and desperately needs the cool air while driving. She has doctor appointments she needs to attend and social functions she wants to attend. How can it possibly take months to service air conditioning on a brand new car? How hard is it to keep in touch with the customer? Seniors should not be treated this way. More
My dealer bullied me into buying a car. I wasn’t ready to buy a car and he trapped me into buying it that day. I wanted to take the weekend and he wouldn’t have it. So I took my car to the dealership to have my brake fluid exchange , basic oil change service and recall. The day I was leaving ,no one told me my engine had a problem from the diagnostic done on my fluid exchange , basic oil change service and recall. The day I was leaving ,no one told me my engine had a problem from the diagnostic done on my car. Though the engine was sounding funny, I thought it might be due to oil change . (My first car, i have no clue about cars).One week later , 3rd time driving my car I noticed it jerk. Then I notice an icon on the dash board . I was told it's called an engine light. Now i take it back to the dealership ,I am told my car is bad and they are helping me file a claim. I am told the engine oil leaked out and it burnt from inside. Checking my driveway pad there is no oil leak on the floor. My car was perfectly fine before I took it in. They refuse to give a courtesy car Now I am left stranded , with no car to move around and incurring expenses. I am told I will be reached out to by Tuesday and there is no promise that my car can be fixed. Who does that! You mess up my car. Get the engine damaged and I am left with no car and no headway! Going back and forth!! I am told by Gangdeep the recall caused the mess in my engine and i will need to buy a new engine ". They keep giving me different stories. AMVIC is aware. Nightmare of a dealership!!! More
Purchased my new Tuscon a few years ago. ..sales were great However the service department lacks customer service entirely...service had been below expectations since the beginning but today ..sales were great However the service department lacks customer service entirely...service had been below expectations since the beginning but today was horrific I had booked an 8:30am appointment for a simple oil change and two hours later I was still waiting...when I approached the service team it took them 30 minutes to locate my car...no one had any idea where it was...wth Eventually found it at the back parking lot...no apologies given I will not return I have never had such terrible service I have given a 1 star as there is no option to give a zero which is what they deserve More
It would not allow me to give 0 stars because that is what they deserve. I went in to order a Hyundai Kona electric in February. I was told I should have my car in 3-6 months. The car was ordered in Apr what they deserve. I went in to order a Hyundai Kona electric in February. I was told I should have my car in 3-6 months. The car was ordered in April (2 months later). What that meant was that it was now a new production model, no problem. I had been inquiring for months on the status and was not given any indication of anything out of the ordinary. Today, they told me that it would be 6-8 months from production, which has not started. Needless to say, if you can do it, stay away from Country Hills Hyundai. Their customer service is atrocious. I can explain this place in one word, TERRIBLE! Never will I deal with them again, Bad customer service, No one knows what's going on there at any given time, got shuffled from sales person to sal Never will I deal with them again, Bad customer service, No one knows what's going on there at any given time, got shuffled from sales person to sales person so many times, First sales person Basically never listened to me from day one, Told me one thing about the car I ordered and got the complete opposite, Very unknowledgeable, 4 months of waiting not just for one car they ordered wrong but then brought the other one that I ordered in and it to wasn't right, So disappointing, LIED to and when I asked about my second car I ordered sales person said I'm not sure where it is, but you might not get it for another 3 weeks because our new car sales manager is on holidays, Like that's my problem?? BAD experience right from the get go, My suggestion is KEEP your money and spend it at another dealership if you really want the car you want to buy. I am sure other people have had better experience's with this place and if you did well your one of the lucky ones, however that being said mine completely SUCKED!! More
Crooks here, pure and simple. Had a VIP membership and took it in for their VIP, free, chip repair. I had to get in the car to see what had happened. Didn't take ownership of it. Lied to me that they told me the crack could get worse. They didn't tell me that. Why would I hand over a car to anyone who tells the customer, oh we might make it worse. VIP and free chip repair will mean I have to replace the whole windshield out of my own pocket. VIP here means getting ripped off. Stay away from getting service here. You will lose money and be lied to. More
