Over the years i have had nothing but a bad experience with this dealership. Dosent seem to want to help you and are money hungry. I recently brought my car in for a few different things and the servive guy i dealt with ( Kevin Wilson) seemed eager to help me at first, but out of nowhere ignored my calls, no follow up and fell short on his promises. I finally had to book my car in myself as well as deal with someone else as he totally ignored me. The person i dealt with was very helpful ( Siobhan Hennessy) and got the job done. Also the tech. Guy was awesome too. Forget his name but its like rickard or richard something like that. Name starts with an R. Both of them were awesome in getting it repaired for me. Thank you guys. More
The dealership is dishonest. All sales team are involved in posting non-existant vehicles at a cheap price to attract people to drive to their store near the airport. The worst buying experience my wife and I have had! I was ready to buy and was told the cars I was interested in were on the lot. Well, they were not booked to view which lead to my wife and I walking without viewing even a single car!! Advised the booking sales person of my disappointment with her unprofessionalism ...not really sure if it registered with her nor did she care. After leaving, I called the sales manager who called me back after a few hours to try and rectify the situation. He asked me return to the dealership as the cars i wanted to see were on the lot and he would give me an untouchable deal. Ha! xxx??? I was just there and no one could show me anything!!! Ya...no. first impressions are the lasting ones. We felt like no one really cared during the initial visit - what are we to expect with post-sale support??? NO THANKS! I even called to speak to the General Manager which with no surprise fell to deaf ears... useless dealership. I ended up buying a car from another Hyundai dealership 2 days after I went to Country Hills. They lost a sale, received a negative review and negative referrals.. Don't think it matters to them...their egos are blurring perception! More
Money fixers, no surprise about that. They use the old fashioned good cop/bad cop strategy and provocation, to make you go over the edge in buying a car. Bought the car with winter tires. Winter tires were not installed and I had to come back. Expect overnight service because they won't be able to do 2 hours of work in a 6 hour window. Winter tires were not installed and I had to come back. Expect overnight service because they won't be able to do 2 hours of work in a 6 hour window. Front tires inflated to over 55PSI. Have recurring issue with radio, the answer has always been to update the software, which has not worked. Same mistake over and over. More

Son brought in his 2011 Hyundai Elantra after it started to make the ticking noise(Piston Slap) Car only has 117000 kms and all maintenance records since the day It was bought. I was told that there was not to make the ticking noise(Piston Slap) Car only has 117000 kms and all maintenance records since the day It was bought. I was told that there was nothing that they could do as the car was past warranty. I have read numerous threads and it all depends on which dealership is willing to help you out. This is a well documented problems with this engines 1.8 and there have been numerous class-action lawsuits do to the issue. I was told that they would fix the issue at our cost $6500 dollars. I met with Kay Rehal who was good to deal with. At one point he called in the service consultant': Siobhan HENNESSEY who had been dealing with this issue. He introduced me to her. She did not even acknowledge me or look at me. After she left I told Kay that she was ignorant-didn't even look at me. I was told that she is busy and can be abrasive at times. I couldn't believe this. Then I looked at this site and see that she really doesn't care about customer service as her name appears numerous times with negative comments attached. I had a 2013 Elantra in the past with 150000 kms that began the piston slap issue. After being turned away from Crowfoot Hyundai, I attended Country Hills Hyundai who I felt took the time to look into the issue and the car was repaired. When I referenced this repair, I found it peculiar that they could not find any record of any work being done. I had to contact Hyundai Canada and they gave me a claim number which helped Kay find the repair that was completed. I am not going to accept this. The reason I went back to this dealership is that they treated me well years ago. There are several lawyers who are looking to take on this issue as it is a KNOWN issue with these motors. All you have to do is google Hyundai lawsuit Canada. All I want is the car repaired and to be treated properly. More
