Booked 1st service appointment on-line. Only found out (when I arrived) that they only use synthetic oil (at this dealership). Once you change to synthetic, there is no going back. I am fairly diligent at reading information (when booking online). But, Nowhere on your website does it state that you ONLY USE synthetic oil. That would be an important piece of information. You lost my business - BEFORE you even got it! This is the 2nd strike against this dealership. I bought my 2019 Tuscon elsewhere because sales manager refused to accept my offer (that another dealership gladly did)! More
I don’t know how to treat people who have EV vehicles I was charged and feel like I have a mechanical car meanwhile I have an electron a car charge environmental fee when there’s not even an oil change the was charged and feel like I have a mechanical car meanwhile I have an electron a car charge environmental fee when there’s not even an oil change the guy the desk thought I had a hybrid when I repeatedly told him three times I had an EV vehicle never going back there again when they’re for simple tire swap which usually cost $34 and ended up paying $80 for tire swap and some bogus inspection fee and environmental fee when there’s no oil change to be done complete bogus horrible service More

Rory Mcdonald told me that my next Major service NO 4 will be done at 96000. KM. Until then ONLY regular services will have to done. On 9th April 2020 David booked me in for the service that was performed yesterday 16th April 2020. At the time of booking an appointment David confirmed that the total bill for the 28495 KM service will be $ 65.00. I was charged $ 91.47 - almost 27% more then the quote. At the time of paying the bill your service advisor; Karl Ambroziak informed me that my next service at 36000 KM will be SERVICE # 2 ( Cost approx. $388.00.
