Went into the dealership, looked at the Tucson, checked it out, yet not one sales person approached me. Feeling ignored - I walked out. We were just inquiring prices of different car with your sales person. She was Paula who were assisting us at your location. We were impressed with her honesty and the way she convince us during our visit. I was visiting your place with my two sons while my wife was at home. Just because our intention was not to buy a car so early. Paula indeed bribed us with her skills and we had no option left other than making a deal of buying a 2013 Elantra GT. that evening was amazing and the credit goes to Paula making it happened. We are happy with our decision, enjoying driving the Elantra GT. More
We went to this dealer with minimal research and we didn't expect we would bought the car by single visit. Their service was exeptional and we had 3 test drives with 3 different models. I worked with Paula, and she was very helpful and laid out everything for me as far as financing. It was very good experience with no pressure nor hassle. I definitely recommend buying your next vehicle with Cooksville Hyundai and remember to ask for Paula. More

The Quality in service is brutal. -For starters I had a door seal installed wrong, after 3 trips to the dealer until a half decent one came in. I had to fix the door seal once I got home. * The trained techs don't even know the basics in installing door seals* - Got a free hand car wash which resulted in my car getting heavily scratched. Awesome free service, Don't know what I would have done without the swirls and scratches all over my car. - Those professional mechanics. One of them severely curb rashed my front bumper. Again! Awesome! I take care of my car, so a * professional* Can rash up my bumper. The cars not even lowered. I am not impressed at all. IF you're going to preach that your mechanics are professionals. Then hire professionals. I took my car here in good faith, only to get my car back damaged. Not impressed at all. My car will definitely not be coming to this dealership for anymore service/warranty work. Not impressed at all. More
The overall experience I had with Cooksville Hyundai was fantastic. My vehicle needed some repair causing the vehicle to be in the shop for over two weeks due to parts having to be shipped from Korea. Obvi fantastic. My vehicle needed some repair causing the vehicle to be in the shop for over two weeks due to parts having to be shipped from Korea. Obviously, this was a huge inconvenience for me but the staff took excellent care of me. Mr. Kelly authorized a rental car for me, Wayne the service rep was patient and polite continually keeping me up to date on the status of my car and Warren who worked on the car, personally came and explained the repair job he did putting my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you More

Clutch pedal was acting fun Took in my 2010 Sonata for 3 maintenance issues. 1. Heated seat didn't work - expecting free service under warranty 2. Clutch pedal was acting funny - free under service warranty 3. 48k maintenance Service #4 - expecting to pay around $320 Resolution 1. My heated seat wast not fixed because they didn't have the part. Resolution 2. The mechanic said the clutch if fine... I cant put the car in gear now, - I have to get it towed. Resolution 3. I ended up paying over $700 for "other" maintenance issues that the mechanic found. such as break service and coolant flushes etc.... Make sure you know what you're doing before you take your car to this place for service. The primary purpose in their business is to take money from your wallet. They are NOT here to provide excellent service. They want as much money for as little service as possible. More
The letter I sent to Hyundai Canada after my visit.... The letter I sent to Hyundai Canada after my visit.... To whom it may concern, On Saturday April 14th 2012, I attended Cooksville Hyundai located at 300 Dundas Street East in the Mississauga to look at a 2011 Hyundai Elantra that was listed on autotrader for $14,999. I was looking at the car in the lot, Which I identified as the same vehicle from autotrader because it had 59,400 kilometres and matched all the same specifications, when I was approached by a salesperson. i advised him I wanted to purchase an Elantra for my wife and wanted to use my Audi A3 as a trade in. I asked him the price of the vehicle at which time he pulled out a sheet and told me it was $16,000 even. I thought this was odd as every vehicle on autotrader listed by cooksville hyundai had not been a rounded number (ie, most were 15,999 or 14,999 etc) and I was sure that autotrader had advertised it as $14,999. Regardless, I advised the salesman that I would like an assessment of my vehicle for trade in value and we could then pick one of the Elantras on the lot that fit my price requirements. The salesmen took my ownership and keys and directed me to another Elantra that I was interested in (a different colour). He told me that the sales manager would be taking my Audi for a drive and would give me a trade in value. He then took me out to look the Elantra over while this process was completed. The Elantra was locked so he went in to get the keys. Upon his return, he asked me if I was willing to sign an agreement immediately. I told him the value of my trade in was required first to which he replied that the sales manager was busy and required a sure answer. I advised him that, as a potential customer, the dealership should be looking after my needs first and not rushing me into a deal prior to my trade in assessment. the salesmen told me it was the rule and that unless I was willing to sign a deal they would not assist me any further. Feeling pressured and shocked, I asked for me keys and ownership back and advised the salesman that he was losing a 100% guaranteed sale. He advised that it was my decision. He then left me in the lot and returned inside. Having never encountered such treatment at a car dealership, i thought about the price of the vehicle and decided to check the lot for another blue elantra to see if the salesman had also lied about the price. Amazingly, there was only the one and I called to confirm the price from the parking lot as $14,999. I am absolutely shocked that a reputable company like Hyundai would allow a dealership to use these types of sales tactics and flat out lies to sell cars. I purposely attended a Hyundai dealership to avoid scams and issues and all that did for me was land me in that very situation. I am writing this for two reasons. The first is so Hyundai Canada is aware of the trickery being used in one of its dealerships. The second, is to prevent other customers from being treated this way. I think it is appalling that a branded dealership would be operated in this manner and I sincerely hope that this employee acted in this manner on his own accord and not because it is the dealerships manner of selling. To conclude, I ask that you address the issues with this dealership as my experience has been that these types of business practices trickle from the top down. It may only be the loss of a $15,000 sale but to a potential customer it means much more. You can be sure that this incident will be reiterated to anyone who is willing to listen so that they will avoid purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. More
