Never get service here I went in for 12,000km service. After paying over $120 I found out that the windshield fluid was almost empty and all 4 tires had low ~20 psi. It should be ~34psi. xxx they didn't even check the tire pressures and on the inspection sheet put down 32psi for all tires. Terrible service. NEVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. what a rip off. More

A 1 Service! I was having issues with my Elantra, it didn't start all the time. I brought it into two different dealerships in the area and they couldn't find the I was having issues with my Elantra, it didn't start all the time. I brought it into two different dealerships in the area and they couldn't find the problem. By this point, I was completely frustrated and decided to go to CooksvilleHyundai hoping they could help me. I was dealing with both the Service Advisor named Paul and the Service Manager Rick. They both took the time to listen to my recount of the failed attempts to get my car fixed. Rick and Paul made sure that my car got in the shop and that I had a ride to work. You know what? They fixed my car! I have no idea why two other dealerships couldn't fix the problem but they did and in a timely manner. This is why I give the dealership 5 stars. I will defiantly go back and I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to deal with courteous and professional staff. More
If you care about your car stay away from this place! Last week when I was pulling into Cooksville Hyundai's driveway for the first time the car ahead of me severely whacked the bottom of his front bumpe Last week when I was pulling into Cooksville Hyundai's driveway for the first time the car ahead of me severely whacked the bottom of his front bumper on their main front driveway causing bumper rash/scratches on the poor guy's lower bumper due to large (but almost invisible) downward slope on Cooksville Hyundai's main front driveway at Dundas. If it wasn't for the poor guy ahead of me that would have been me hitting that slope but since I saw what happened to the car ahead of me I took it really slow up their driveway so my car was ok. According to dealerrater.ca reviews this dip has been on Cooksville Hyundai's driveway since at least 2013 and they have not fixed it to date so I can only imagine how many cars must have fallen victim to it in past years not to mention damage to cars that hit it. You would think a new car dealer of all places would fix this or at least have the City fix such a problem? Another reason I won't be returning here. I want to say that I truly believe that Hyundai makes an excellent product. I am currently on my third Hyundai vehicle and I truly enjoy it. My extended family also has several Hyundai owners within it and they love their vehicles. My complaint is not about Hyundai vehicles in general. I currently drive a new Hyundai vehicle with very low kms. which is currently covered by Hyundai's factory warranty. My complaint is as a result of the horrible treatment that I received from Cooksville Hyundai's Service Manager the very first time I took my car there for repairs under warranty. After my ordeal there I later reviewed Cooksville Hyundai's Service Department's Ratings on www.dealerrater.ca and I can say that I am not alone. There are several other , recent negative reviews posted about this dealerships Sales and Service Departments which confirmes to me that poor customer service, lying to or trying to mislead customers customers, talking down to customers, and excuse after excuse and an overall arrogant management team that backs each other up even on Service and customer service complaints where the customer is right are all common occurrances that not only I experienced but others have also experienced here especially on the Service side. I also noticed that on Cooksville Hyundai's website they have the name, job title and photograph of all of their dealership's employees save and except for Service Manager and Service Advisor and Service Advisor who do not have their photo's posted on Cooksville Hyundai's website? I just found this odd that key employees including the Service Manager and All of the Service Advisors are reluctant to show who they are via photos when meanwhile all other dealership staff photos are posted on Cooksville's website? Just seemed unusual. So I am not responsible. I don't know about you but if I receive poor customer service from a dealership's Service Department, I sure would not buy my next vehicle there or take it there for and future service or repairs such as my decision not to return to Cooksville Hyundai. In bringing forward my warranty problem/customer complaint there was absolutely zero redress because the members of their management team automatically backed each other up before they even had even spoken with me to hear my side of the issues. Such dishonesty from this place it wouldn't suprise me that a number of their 5 Star Ratings are fake. I only dealt with the Service Manager and General Manager. And of course Hyundai Canada who will always back up their dealers no matter what because dealers are paying customers directly to the manufacturer. So, since Cooksville Hyundai obviously buys way more Hyundai vehicles than I do from manufacturer Hyundai Canada, of course Hyundai Canada will back up Cooksville before it backs up me. Their incompetant mechanic could not even isolate the problem...a simple fluid leak and the dealership refused to do the repair because they couldn't find the leak? If you are going to tell your customers your mechanics are professionals then you should make sure that you hire professionals! If Cooksville's mechanic was any good I feel that he should have been able to find and diagnose such a leak/simple parts failure the first time. Faced with the inconvenience of now having to take the time and go to another Hyundai dealer in order to get this fixed, I politely and professionally expressed my concerns to their Service Manager. He kept rudly interrupting me and talking down to me and told me that he doesn't care and its not his problem. Service Manager kept telling me "It's your perrogative." All in all, Service Manager full of excuses but he offered no solutions. I realized that I was wasting my time dealing with Cooksville Hyundai so I made arrangements to take my vehicle to Toronto Hyundai dealer the following day. It turnes out that Toronto Hyundai dealer mechanics were able to quickly locate the fluid leak. Had to order the necessary parts in order to complete the repair which is fine as the car is still drivable. I felt relieved and exonerated when Toronto Hyundai dealer was able to easily confirm, diagnose and offer a fix for such a simple part failure. The above was my experience at Cooksville Hyundai's Service Department and I hope dealership management are able to take this and others' feedback and make the necessary improvements or changes to the department. (I'm not holding my breath though.) I have no interest in doing any future business at this dealership. More

David Moore was our sales rep and was very friendly and helpful. This was a seamless car buying experience. We never felt any pressure from him or Rachel, the sales manager, Definitely worth the drive to Cooksville Hyundai. More

The sales person was very friendly and very sincere. Explained about the car, its history, etc. I was very happy with his approach doing his job and at the end bought the car.
