Worst customer service I bought a used car from the cooskville dodge. Specifically asked for a car with working air conditioning and they sold me a car that didn't have work I bought a used car from the cooskville dodge. Specifically asked for a car with working air conditioning and they sold me a car that didn't have working air conditioning, as well as not having a door that properly works! The door didn't lock most of the time and when it did it wouldn't unlock. Asked for a valet key and they cut me a 257$ key and won't let me return it because it isn't what I had asked for. I have had to talk to multiple people about my situation, I've been lied to, yelled at, belittled and I would never recommend this place. David Moore and Wes fuller are two of the most incompetent, lazy, lying, horrible people I've ever met in my life. The customer service here is terrible and I will never go back there. Wes first told me he would fix the door because it was a safety concern then later told me he didn't have to fix our car at all. He said he put 3 grand into our car when the part for the door and the recharge for the AC cost less than 500$ so unless your techs are getting paid 2500$ an hour then he clearly lied. More
