We took a couple of days to think it over and when I went back it had been transferred to another dealer. I expressed my disappointment that Nabeel and I had not been consulted before this transfer was completed. Patterson Stratton assisted Nabeel in locating another Jeep Unlimited with our critical options - Max Tow Package and automatic transmission. This was not easy and I think we got the last one in Ontario. It took awhile to negotiate the additional options that we hadn't necessarily wanted, but in the end we were given an excellent deal that we couldn't refuse. I know that both Nabeel and I learned a lot about Jeeps during this process. Hats off to him. He also guided us to get the protection for the car and the service contract. Patterson was very impressive getting the deal done when we couldn't find Grand Caravan because we thought we went there for the van but he made us decide on the Town and country within 15 minutes.
