Poor Customer Service I recently purchased a minivan from Cooksville Dodge. There was a scratch on the rear bumper that was supposed to be fixed at the time of delivery. Instead of fixing the scratch, they 'repaired' another area on the van altogether! It's been two months and I have been getting nothing but a run-around from the dealership. BUYER BEWARE Update: I decided to sue the dealership and they paid for the paint job. Seems like that's how these people want to operate. More
