For most part staff is friendly and courteous, but when a staff problem occurred a few years back it was quickly straightened out. I had bought my snow tires at a different place, where I was unhappy and so recently I took them in to Concept Ford before it was time to have them put on. Jim went out of his way to help me by storing the tires temporarily and everything went well during the installation yesterday. More
