The Service staff go out of their way to ensure any issues are attended to in a timely and extremely courteous manner, no matter how busy they may be. For most part staff is friendly and courteous, but when a staff problem occurred a few years back it was quickly straightened out. I had bought my snow tires at a different place, where I was unhappy and so recently I took them in to Concept Ford before it was time to have them put on. Jim went out of his way to help me by storing the tires temporarily and everything went well during the installation yesterday. More

Crap car worse service 2 nd set of shocks in 18 months just over 30000 km. Was in 4 times for the same noise as last time shock had to be replaced. Staff talked tome like I am stupid and bothering them when ever I had to deal with them. The first time it went in for service I was told the car was not mine turns out it was registered with ford under some one else. Twice I have not received paper work when service has been done starting to wonder if the are trying to screw head office over on warranty. Once my lease is up I will never by a Ford again More
