When my sync when weird on me, my technical term 😊 you had a diagnosis run on my Escape and came up with a solution. From the bottom of my heart, you both don't know how much your care and commitment to your customer has meant to me. I will never forget Bilal how much you cared for how upset I was, I don't do well with modern day and you went above and beyond in your care about my worries for my Escape. To Darren , you also showed that you are not just a business , but a dealership that really cares for their customers. I was just not a customer to you, I was a worried person who didn't know what to do. I will never forget what you did for me. I have always had the best of experiences when I come in for my fall and spring tire and tune up/oil change, everyone is very nice, must mention Jim too and the wonderful ladies at the front desk. Worst dealership ever. Didn’t know anything about the car they were selling. Was told that the f150 would cost 80$ to fill up and that they would detail my truck and did nothing.
