Great Overall Experience I was interested in a VW TDI Golf Wagon on the lot. I went in, test drove it, and told them what I was hoping to get for my car. If I could get what I wanted for it, I wanted to buy the VW. I've been looking for a car for awhile. Usually the sales guys are kind of sleazy but I was pleasantly surprised that Taylor was just a friendly salesperson. Of course, he wants to sell the car but I never felt pressured or uneasy in any way. More

I have to say my experience at Comox Valley Hyundai was refreshingly different. I was met by Jaime Barnie who immediately put my mind at ease, he was kind, helpful and honest about his own experience with cars, kids, and dogs, to narrow down models of vehicles that might meet my needs. I really appreciated the time and space he gave me to make my own decisions without any sort of pressure while giving me great feedback and info about the vehicles. I also dealt with Eric Moody and Marcus Felgenhauer who as well were a pleasure to deal with super friendly and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this dealership, an empowering experience! My family, dog and I, are thoroughly loving my Tuscan (and I know my husband is slightly jealous of my automatic gate lift and leather interior:) More

Excellent Service all Around. I had actually taken my Hyundai Sonata in for servicing and while it was being looked after I thought I would go take a look at the new Kona and Tucso I had actually taken my Hyundai Sonata in for servicing and while it was being looked after I thought I would go take a look at the new Kona and Tucson. Sven Karsholt approached to see if he could be of assistance and I ended up test driving both the Kona and Tucson. Sven went above and beyond explaining the differences in the vehicles and helping find the right vehicle for me. Having two vehicles to trade in and my insurance expired on the one, Sven came to my home to take pictures, etc. etc. for Eric so he could give me a trade in value. Between the two of them the trade in of the two vehicles went very smoothly. They were amazing. Then we come to the finance man, Marcus -I dealt with him when I bought my Sonata in 2014 or 2015 and today I received the same excellent service from him that I received then. Will definitely be recommending Comox Valley Hyundai and telling my friends that Sven is the man to see. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing. I LOVE MY KONA!!!! P.S.
