Great Overall Experience I was interested in a VW TDI Golf Wagon on the lot. I went in, test drove it, and told them what I was hoping to get for my car. Usually the sales guys are kind of sleazy but I was pleasantly surprised that Taylor was just a friendly salesperson. Of course, he wants to sell the car but I never felt pressured or uneasy in any way. More

I have to say my experience at Comox Valley Hyundai was refreshingly different. I was met by Jaime Barnie who immediately put my mind at ease, he was kind, helpful and honest about his own experience with cars, kids, and dogs, to narrow down models of vehicles that might meet my needs. I really appreciated the time and space he gave me to make my own decisions without any sort of pressure while giving me great feedback and info about the vehicles. I also dealt with Eric Moody and Marcus Felgenhauer who as well were a pleasure to deal with super friendly and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this dealership, an empowering experience! My family, dog and I, are thoroughly loving my Tuscan (and I know my husband is slightly jealous of my automatic gate lift and leather interior:) More
