Upon arriving at the dealership he was intimately knowledgeable on the details on the car and able to describe the electronic functions in a manner that a 55 yr old non techie could understand. The financing with Marcus was seamless and friendly. Marcus made sure he took the time necessary time to explain the intricacies and details of the financing contract in laymans terms. Altogether a very positive experience dealing with these two. More

Interesting first time experience First off, I really do enjoy the car I bought here no doubt about that let’s make that clear, the car is GREAT. I bought a used car from here as a you First off, I really do enjoy the car I bought here no doubt about that let’s make that clear, the car is GREAT. I bought a used car from here as a young first time buyer and the best thing I can say about my experience is that the salesman Taylor is a very good guy to deal with. He is knowledgeable, super laid back and easy to deal with, and he kept in communication with me via text before and after the sale to make sure I was happy with my car. However I was a little annoyed to find out that I was footing the bill for the broken windshield that the original owner broke, especially after the glass repair shop quoted me far less than this dealership did. 2 days of back and forth with the finance department and service department did not yield any answers about why I was being charged a fee for glass I did not break. A few days after the sale I was informed that there was an “error” in the paperwork, as it would turn out that error was in my favour, resulting in slightly lower bi-weekly payments and additional insurance which meant I was 100% NOT responsible for the windshield repairs. It would have been nice if they had gotten that correct on the first try instead of making it out to seem like I would be paying for something I didn’t break, instead of having me go back and forth over and over again. I would probably not buy a car from here if you are a young person 25 or under, but if you have exceptional credit and have for a long time then sure why not. Make sure you deal with TAYLOR specifically. And go over the fine print very carefully to avoid any headaches. This would be a 5 star review if not for these inconveniences. More
