Excellent service! I bought a car from Finneron (although I live in Northern BC) and was very happy doing business with Sue. They brought the car to the airport for me, where we checked it all out and went for a drive. I am so happy with my Veloster--I thoroughly enjoyed my 14 hour drive home! More
Very Disappointed Purchased a used vehicle and was assured vehicle was safe to drive. Specifically asked salesperson about the brakes, engine and one of the doors. Was Purchased a used vehicle and was assured vehicle was safe to drive. Specifically asked salesperson about the brakes, engine and one of the doors. Was assured all their used vehicles go through safety inspections before being put on the lot. Turns out the vehicle needs over $2000 of repairs specifically for front rotors that were described as pitted and rusted bad, tie rods, wheel alignment after replacing tie rods, full tune up for the engine miss, leaking valves, airbag light that is on, and don't know about the rear brakes yet because our mechanic isn't able to have a look at them without forcing the removal of parts that are stuck to get to them. Dealership will not compensate for anything other than checking the airbag light ($70 of the $2000) and that's only if we drive the vehicle there for them to scan for the cause of the airbag light which is a 6 hour drive for us round trip. They are fully aware of where we live yet expect us to do this for a scan. Engine miss was blamed on the vehicle needing gas and vibrating of brakes was explained as rust due to vehicle not being driven in a while but rust would come off and brakes would be fine after being driven for a bit. Finding out about the tie rods was an extra bonus. After letting the dealership know about the repairs they have advised that their used vehicles go through their shop for safety items and that is all. Apparently brake and tie rod issues are not safety items but rather are being described as normal wear and tear by this dealership so beware. We trusted them and should not have. More
