Always Above and Beyond Service I have used the Finneron Hyundai service department for over 20 years. The always look after me in a respectful way (being a woman). Taken without notice Our experience started decently. We had been looking for a particular vehicle for months in the Comox Valley- we found it on the Finneron lot. We we Our experience started decently. We had been looking for a particular vehicle for months in the Comox Valley- we found it on the Finneron lot. We werr welcomed for a test drive and knew it was the one we wanted. It was recommended if we leave a deposit the vehicle woukd be off the market and claimed ours. We did as advised, and started financing options, ee were also ready to trade our vehicle in for 2 off their lot. And without a phone call to inquire about our plans (only 4 days of deposit and 1 day of a finance conversation) they sold 'our car with deposit' right from underneath us. Thank you for the poor customer respect anf service, we will never be back. More

While their finance dept is great, the sales dept leaves a massive amount to be desired. My recommendation is to be EXTREMELY specific of what you expect, and in what time frame. In terms of sales associates, I would suggest you do NOT deal with John Mundy, promises will be made, and not upheld. I am very happy with my choice in vehicle, and the brand. However, make sure you do your research outside of this local area. More
