Got the best Jeep I could wish for When the time came to get a new car I wasn't sure if I should go for a 'brand new' or maybe an 'used car' this time in my life. I went to a few diff When the time came to get a new car I wasn't sure if I should go for a 'brand new' or maybe an 'used car' this time in my life. I went to a few different car dealerships before getting to Columbia Chrysler in Richmond where I first met David Wu. I couldn't get a better service & commitment to meet my needs right from the start of our first meeting. When David realized the car I was looking for wasn't on the floor then he brought me to the body shop garage where I could see the car and seat in it. Then he went on to explain in details everything I might need to know about the Jeep despite the late time (he stayed an hour after the cutoff despite being a Saturday night) I truly appreciated it. I was back the next day for a road test & decided to go for that Jeep. We went through the usual process & paper work w/the rest of the team. In the meantime David got the car ready and met every requirements I had & adressed every needs I had regarding the Jeep so he could give me a car in perfect condition. I thank him greatly for everything he did & for the extra length he went to for me. I will recommend David Wu to anybody who's looking for great service & a devoted guy. Merci beaucoup David More

WOW!!! When I went into Columbia Chrysler on Minoru Blvd, I was instantly greeted with amazing people. I first met Justin Gebara and he was super friendly and personable. He went around and introduced me to people there making me feel like "family". Then I met Alicia Lino and she continued to show me around and helped me pick the perfect truck. She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with and very caring. Through the whole process they both continued to check up on me and made sure I was doing ok. They made an intimidating experience very fun and enjoyable. Exceptional service at Columbia Chrystler!!! my husband was interested in purchasing a challenger he had searched online for weeks to find the one he Exceptional service at Columbia Chrystler!!! my husband was interested in purchasing a challenger he had searched online for weeks to find the one he wanted which was very specific no dealer seemed to have what we were looking for without factory ordering......we decided to pop into Columbia Chrystler to test drive one they had online it wasn't a perfect match but thought we could at least see if it was the car for us! Alicia had seen us looking at a challenger and asked if we wanted to take it out we had told her it's not exactly what we were looking for she said for us to take it out no pressure and if it is the make for us she will try her best to find what we want! After we came back we let her know we loved the car but also explained the changes we wanted she took are info and let us know she would contact us as soon as she found what we were looking for! A few days later she had let us know she had found the car for us but it was at a different dealer she asked us to go online and take a look if it's the one for us she will have her manager Justin make it happen! My husband had looked online everyday to try and find this "dream car" and within a couple days Alicia and Justin were able to deliver exactly what we wanted in the price range we had wanted and on top of that was able to get us 0% financing so glad we decided to pop into Columbia Chrystler that day without Alicia and Justin's help I'm sure we would still be looking online for a car that didn't seem to exist thanks again we love our car and to think we almost gave up searching for our "dream car" don't hesitate to check them out and ask for Alicia I'm confident she can help you find your perfect car she's the best!
