Worse dealership in town. M.I.B.B. Worse dealership in town. I bought a brand new mini van from there and started have engine problem after 3 weeks. Took it back and was treat M.I.B.B. Worse dealership in town. I bought a brand new mini van from there and started have engine problem after 3 weeks. Took it back and was treated as if i did not have any real issue. Had the same problem after 2 weeks, again i was given the same treatment. had my van in service for 1 week. Having the same problem the 3rd, took it in again and still given given the same lousy treatment. People there don't know customer service skills. They are there just to take your money. The sales person i dealt with did not give me all the information i needed. I made a big mistake by buying from there. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! More

I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and bring in many recommendations that have ended in sales for these fools yet management still shows me snobby attitude whenever I go in for service or to buy another vehicle. I can't forget to mention how xxxx the prices are. You can walk into any other dealership and get a better deal than what this dealership offers. Recently, I went in to purchase a couple new vehicles and got the same xxxxty service as always. Now, let me take a moment and mention the reason I kept going back; The salesman I deal with is awesome and tries to do everything he can to help me and make sure I get the best deal possible, but the management on the other hand are a bunch of stuck up pieces of xxxx that need to be re evaluated and fired! One particular manager that stands out as a complete xxxxxxx is JON. He took our deposit, backed out of the original agreement and vehicle we had agreed upon and tried to give me a vehicle that was convenient for him. Then when we questioned him and asked for our deposit back, he continued to SWEAR at us on the phone and threatened to not return our money. JON, your a piece of xxxx that doesn't know customer service skills at all and I hope your higher ups read this review and re- consider having you represent their dealership. I feel bad for the sales men there, most of them are honestly super nice. But that doesn't matter if the management sucks xxxxx. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
