Bad Experience Went in to look at possibly upgrading to a small SUV. Sales person was useless, thought he was going to have a nervous breakdown the whole time. Spent over an hour asking me questions and running around before I even got to see a vehicle, and then had to wait over 10mins for him to go find the one with features I liked. Very very pushy, told him multiple times I didn't want to go further into debt and he kept pushing me to get vehicles. Even after I left he texted me many times over the days after even after I said I decided I wasn't going to get something new. More

Service Scam called "oil change for life" Had a good purchase experience with these guys, except that they try to sell you a bunch of stuff afterward that you do not need. What they DON'T tell you, is that in order to get the free oil changes, you have to pay between $400 and $500 in special services with each oil change, that are far beyond what is required or even recommended by Chrysler. It is a scam, pure and simple. More
