I had a Jeep Compass, Jeep Cherokee and now a Dodge Durango with the same dealership since day 1. Each dealing with them is as smooth as you'll ever want with any dealership, which I believe is a by-product of their no commission based sales strategy. Ferdie and Howard are excellent people to deal with in getting my vehicles. Ferdie doesn't just sell you what you want, but what fits your need even if it means that sale will be cheaper than what you were looking for initially. Once you have picked a vehicle, every possible offer will be given to help you keep the cost within budget. Howard spent 48 hours to find me the best financing available in the market, which shows they won't settle for anything less. They have been like that from vehicle 1 to 3, and this is the reason why I keep coming back. You will leave not only with a brand new vehicle but an amazing experience! More
Service Scam called "oil change for life" Had a good purchase experience with these guys, except that they try to sell you a bunch of stuff afterward that you do not need. I did go with an "Oil change for life" because it seemed like a good deal. What they DON'T tell you, is that in order to get the free oil changes, you have to pay between $400 and $500 in special services with each oil change, that are far beyond what is required or even recommended by Chrysler. It is a scam, pure and simple. More

The staff, from sales to finance worked as a team together and with me to find the best fit and within my budget. Their no commission policy has created a cooperative culture at the dealership which puts the customer first. From the moment I walked in Tano Vieyra took me under his wing with his genuine nature and concern for my current situation. He persevered to find solutions and advocated for me with the sales team. I had almost given up believing that I could find the vehicle I needed within my budget, but Tano kept communicating various options and made me feel like he was really looking out for my best interests. In the end, I drove home the perfect vehicle at the right price and I also felt like I had made a friend. More
Extremely unprofessional During the final stages of our deal (which later failed) both the business office and our salesman demonstrated unprofessional behaviour which lead to During the final stages of our deal (which later failed) both the business office and our salesman demonstrated unprofessional behaviour which lead to me pulling out of the deal. While pulling out of the deal my salesman became angry and dressed me down, placing the blame on me for the failed deal when it truly laid on the antics of the dealership. The salesman was angry and spoke to me in such a way that I would never ever suggest anyone shop there. I would not trust anything said here or take deals at face value. Deals fall through, placing blame is not necessary, shake hands and go on your way. There was no need to stoop to a level that made a customer feel leaving bad reviews and negative feedback was necessary. Please do yourself a favour and go to a different dealership, More

Never ever could have predicted we would drive away home in a new superb Pacifica. The sale discussions with Alicia were exhausting, challenging and lengthy we were pushed to spend over our target, I've handled contracts of hundreds of thousands which were less demanding, we were dealing with a well prepared persistent negotiator. Now over to Kevin Liao, a wealth of knowledge on explaining contractual issues with extraordinary detail, always checking that we UNDERSTOOD what we were signing for. Now the proof of the dealership is to hope this new relationship with Chrystler continues through having a reliable confident and professional maintenance team to keep the vehicle in top condition.
