From the Justin Gebara the GM, to Michael Chow the sales associate, to Ryan the finance guy, it was as least stressful as any major purchase can be. Most importantly they had a 2018 demo model with less than 10k km that was very rare to find, but was exactly what I was looking for! First rate operation and will recommend to any family or friend in the market for a new car!! More

Instead he asked me what I "must have" in a vehicle and they searched where they could get that vehicle with the options I wanted. Then he patiently showed me all the features of my new van. I am physically disabled and the Pacifica had special options I needed to learn to use. So he drove me around and showed me how to use the auto park features, etc. I would have given the dealership a 5 star rating except I had an unpleasant experience with the finance advisor assigned to me that almost made me not push through with the deal. More
